Guests pay securely through Hosgy using our secure payment gateway. We hold the funds until 24 hours after check-in to make sure everything’s smooth, then transfer the payment directly to your account.
In your dashboard, click on your listing and select “Upgrade to Featured.” This gives your property top visibility on searches and increases your booking chances. Featured listings may include a small promotional fee.
Refunds depend on the cancellation policy selected by the host (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict). If you qualify for a refund, it will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

Use Hosgy’s secure messaging system. Once a booking is confirmed, you can chat directly with your guests to coordinate check-in, answer questions, or share local tips.
Payments are sent through Stripe or PayPal, whichever you choose. Hosgy transfers your earnings 24 hours after guest check-in, minus our low host fee.
From your dashboard, go to “My Reservations,” select the booking you want to cancel, and follow the prompts. Keep in mind your chosen cancellation policy will apply, and frequent cancellations may affect your listing visibility.
